Introducing the look and feel of our new site!

We are so excited to announce the launch of our new look! Thanks to so many of our Very Patient and Understanding Customers, we are up and running and still filling orders.

As this change has caused a lot of stress on our regular customers, we want to include this $5 coupon towards your next purchase. (Coupon valid thru 4/9/08 and can be used more than once)

Some of you may already know, our inventory has been listed on our new site at about 85%. We are still working on transferring products. Also, great to know, the old site is still available to accept your orders in case you cannot find your items. When you jump over to www.paper-papers.com, if you need to click through to the old site, the link is in the upper right corner under the search bar.

Many people have asked about our Free Shipping over $100. YES! we still offer this feature. It seems to be a little difficult to see at checkout, so we have just made a few changes which will hopefully make it more visible. Hope this works!

If you need to get your order history, please feel free to login to the old site and print out your old orders. We will leave this location available for approximately 30-60 days. Also, if you need the office to assist you on getting your printed copies, please feel free to contact us.

This exciting and colorful line specifically created for designers, is truly POPPIN! We are currently stocking 9 colors and are looking for new colors to arrive next month! This product is available in small quantities so you are able to produce those mock-ups and when you need to order that 'Bulk', paper-papers has quantitiy breaks in place.

Poptones have arrived!

We have brought in 9 colors of this very popular French Paper product. Pop-tones consists of 24 bright and exciting colors.

We are currently stocking 8.5x11 Cover and Text in these initial 9 colors: Blu Raspberry, Cotton Candy, Grape Jelly, Gumdrop Green, Hot Fudge, Razzle Berry, Sour Apple, Tangy Orange and Wild Cherry. Yes, these tasty names might get you snacking while you work on those creative endeavors.

As you may have already noticed, our poll results have concluded.  You, our customers indicated that we best keep you informed by using our 'Email Newsletter'.  We want to listen, so we will continue to send our email as a form of updating you on changes.

Thank you to all who participated in our 5 second poll.  Also, a special thanks to those people who sent additional suggestion!

One other note, we will continue to update this blog as another form of keeping you posted.  Typically, if we send out a E-Newsletter, it will mirror the changes of our blog.

How Can We Best Keep You Informed?

Please help us learn, what might be the best way to keep you informed. We have worked with an E-Newsletter over that past few years, but are starting to question if this is the best method to keep our customer's informed.

I can speak for myself, when I get overwhelmed with e-mails, I find it much easier to quickly delete the E-Newsletters just to help clean out my 'in box'. I have also heard others express they lose their 'advertising emails' to their 'junk mail' folders.

We have sent out another trusty E-Newsletter in hopes to get our recipients to hope over here and take the 5 second survey. We would also love to hear if you have yet a better suggestion. Send Email Suggestions to: orders@paper-papers.com

Let me first take a moment to assure all our customer of a few common questions and concerns.
1) I must assure you, all contact information is CONFIDENTIAL and is only used for the sole purpose of handling business between us and you - IT IS NEVER SOLD TO 3RD PARTY GROUPS.
2) If you are on our mailing list, it is because you have signed up through our 'Newsletter' Link. It is NOT a default to be put on our mailing list. It is a choice of each individual person to sign up.

So... this now poses the thought...
"Why would Paper-Papers need to contact me?"
Our reasons for sending you emails or updating our News Page are examples such as:

• When we add a new product to our Features (10% Off)
• When we have added a new line or extended a product line.
• Price increase notices.
• 'Re-sellers' to be informed as new products qualify for 're-seller discount'. (ReSeller Progam is new as of Feb. '08)
• Occasionally we offer an additional discounts for one of our new products that may be different than our 'Featured Item'.
• Site outages or technical notices

Cordenons product price increase

Effective December 2007, Cordenon announced product price increases. We have and are currently updating our site pricing.

Some of our most popular items, Stardream Metallics & Plike have been affected by this increase. We have applied the price changes and have temporarily added 8.5x11 Stardreams & Plike 8.5x11 & Full Size Sheets to our "Features - 10% off" for a limited time. We hope to provide you with time and notice to adjust your inventory pricing to reflect these changes.

We have also added all Cordenon products to our Wholesale category. If you are a qualified 'Paper-Papers Re-seller', you will receive the appropriate discount at time of purchase.
